Projects are large fundraisers that operate much like an umbrella.  It would be used when your organization needs to raise a large amount of money, like a multi-million dollar building project, and you’d like to do that by holding multiple different types of fundraisers. Your organization would have its primary, “Project” page, and then each individual fundraiser would have its own page.

The totals from each individual fundraiser will update on both the individual page and roll up into the total amount raised shown on the Project page.

When you visit RaiseItOnline, knowing that your church would like to set up a Project fundraiser to fund the construction of a new Sunday School building:

1. You’ll first set up your Project Campaign page, tell us your goals and let the system know that you’ll be having other, smaller scale fundraisers.
2. When you’re ready to start your first smaller fundraiser (a Raffle, for instance), you’ll set up that campaign and designate your church as the beneficiary.  As Supporters purchase Raffle tickets, the RaiseItOnline system will instantly and automatically update the total funds raised on both pages.
3. Withdraw funds anytime you need them.  You don’t have to wait until your fundraisers end.
